Challenge

Humana requested the development of a lead generation microsite. The objective was to capture leads for visitors interested in purchasing insurance for cancer related illness. The design of the website had to be simple, straightforward, and the call to action had to be clear.

Result

The website integrates with a backend system to validate plan availability of plans and sends leads to a customer relationship management (CRM) back-end system. The website was designed to run on the Microsoft .Net platform. The content on the website is designed to answer common questions about cancer insurance and to guide the visitor the qualification lead form.
